Instructions

  1. Using the PDF page “What Fills Your Buckets?”, invite participants to consider the people, activities and things that fill up/revitalise/top up their sense of spiritual wellbeing, physical wellbeing, emotional wellbeing, and relational wellbeing.
  2. It may also be helpful to use a Te Whare Tapa Whā framework instead of, or alongside, this activity.
  3. Distribute A3 paper and pens, and encourage participants to spend some time writing down or illustrating the things that they consider to be important to their sense of wellbeing, with consideration to their taha wairua, taha tinana, taha hinengaro, and taha whānau.
  4. Invite people to share after a time of thinking and writing.
